Christian Louboutin was initially born and raised in Paris, most people calld Red Bottom Shoes, France and was initial heard of within the French fashion scene in 1991 when he introduced his line of high-end women's shoes. His passion for fashion was in fact cultivated by his 3 sisters. It was, nevertheless, an incident at a Paris museum in 1976 that began his interest with shoes.
